Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas everyone! My wish is that everyone is warm and happy, and hopefully with family and friends this Christmas.
HERE IS A PICTURE OF MY FAMILY.
The last time we took a family picture I only had two children. Now I have four children and one son in-law. My family is growing and will only continue to grow.
This past year has brought some heart aches and some great joys. When it is all said and done, it has come down to many blessings and opportunities to grow.

Getting The Christmas Tree!!!!

This is Jordan posting for my mom. Last Saturday we went and got our Christmas tree!!! We got a Douglas fur!! We would have gotten a noble but we only had 20 dollars on us and to get a noble that is $20 would have to be under 5ft!! and that would just be sad!!

It was also sad because Alex and Bud were not able to come!! But Sam Jordan and Josh did which was good!! Sam is not in that picture because she is the one taking the picture




Jordan and her really big hair also carried the tree all the way to the car!!!! The tree is peaking out between her legs. She also tied the tree up almost by herself and untied the tree and brought it to the house by herself.

Each day brings a new opportunity for change.

Rough Times

Sometimes life gets completely hard and we wonder if it could get any worse. The answer is yes is can get worse. It is best to not dwell on the things that are difficult and instead focus on making things better. That is is why I really like this song by Rascall Flatts "Stand" because the best thing to do when life stinks is to not let the rocking of the waves knock you down....and if it gets so bad it knocks you down, take a moment to let the dust settle and then get back up and STAND. There is so much to fight for and winning is much more fun than giving up~
